Hollow Wolf Studios ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Reign Days mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

- Username (2–20 characters, publicly visible)
- Email address (used for account verification and recovery)
- Password (securely stored via AWS Cognito, never accessible to us in plain text)
Game Data
As you play, we collect:
- Game moves, scores, and completion times
- Tournament participation and results
- Credit balance and transaction history
Advertising Data
We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect:
- Device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
- General device information (device model, OS version)

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

4. Data Retention
We retain your account and game data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please contact us at the email address below.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including:
- Encrypted authentication via AWS Cognito
- Secure database connections using SSL
- No storage of plain-text passwords
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
7. Your Rights
You may:
- Update your account information through the App
- Request deletion of your account and data by contacting us
- Opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
